10:30 AM-11 AM | Ms. Africa New England to lead the walk

11:00 AM-2:00 PM | Community Events

-Educational demonstration from Lowell Fire Department and Lowell Police.

-Community Leaders, CEO's, National Park reps, and other organizations will also lead the walk and educate walkers about their work in the community.

-50\50 Raffle at the end of the walk

-Walk-a-thon t-shirts and water for sale

-More information about the African Community Center of Lowell

Other Information

-All proceeds raised from the event will help create a scholarship at Lowell High School.

-This year's theme is walk for Africa and every year, we will go in alphabetical order of the countries in Africa as one big family for peace and unity.
