ACCL director attended the 35th Annual Bread & Roses Heritage Festival in Lawrence on September 1, 2019. It was about 8 years ago that he engaged in storytelling and also performed an African dance with his traditional group "Osibi dancers” at the festival.

At this year's festival, he met with the director of Lawrence Public Library Children’s Session and discussed the release of ACCL children’s book. He will visit the Lawrence Library soon.
